At ClarityBriefs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our Plus subscription service.
All billing, tax collection, and refund processing are managed through our secure payment platform.

1Overview
ClarityBriefs offers two subscription tiers: Plus ($5.99/month or $49.99/year) and Pro ($13.99/month or $129.99/year). Both plans provide enhanced features including increased briefing limits, extended chat capabilities, and priority access to new features.
We offer a straightforward cancellation process and a fair refund policy designed to protect both our users and our service.
2Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time. Here is how the cancellation process works:
- Log in to your ClarityBriefs account and navigate to your Membership page
- Click the cancellation option in your subscription management section
- Your cancellation will be processed immediately
- You will continue to have Plus access until the end of your current billing period
Important: After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing cycle. Your briefings and chat history will remain accessible.
3Refund Eligibility
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Below are our general guidelines:
Eligible for Refund
- Within 14 days of your first subscription payment (cooling-off period)
- Service was significantly unavailable during your billing period due to technical issues on our end
- You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription
Generally Not Eligible
- Requests made more than 14 days after the billing date for the current period
- The subscription was actively used during the billing period in question
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as AI outputs vary by nature)
4How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@claritybriefs.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
5Free Trial Policy
ClarityBriefs offers a free 3-day trial that allows you to experience Plus features at no cost. The trial requires a credit card for activation. You will not be charged during the 3-day trial period, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
When your trial ends, your account returns to the Free plan. You can upgrade to Plus at any time by visiting your Membership page.
6Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
